I’m a bit of a space nerd for those who don’t know.
This morning, I read something very interesting. Contained within the Perseverance Rover, the latest remote operated probe to land on Mars, is a helicopter. You read that right, a helicopter.
While there haven’t been any recorded flights yet, they’re coming soon if all goes according to plan. If successful, Mars will become the first planet (besides our own) in the solar system to have a powered aircraft fly through its atmosphere.
I’m constantly reminded that even though I know a lot about a lot of things, I know very little about most things.
