It’s 40 degrees and sunny in Chicago today. Downright balmy. Who needs a groundhog to tell you spring is on the way when I was able to swing my golf clubs for a few minutes this morning without freezing my butt off.
Days like today reinvigorate my passion for fitness. I’m reminded we’ll soon swap cold and gray for warmth and sun. Boring treadmill sessions for exhilarating lakefront runs. I’ll soon spend more time outside than in, engaging in what I love to do most. And I couldn’t be more excited.
So if the weather near you is anywhere close to decent, get out there and get your workout in. You won’t regret it.
