In Fitness And In Health Family,
I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years celebration. Even though things probably looked different this year, hopefully you found time to destress, give thanks, and spend time with those closest to you.
Personally, I had a blast playing cards, dice and board games. I also stayed up until midnight for the first time in a while. Not my cup of tea, but the fam wasn’t about to let me go to bed early :) Oh and I ate enough leftover Christmas cookies to last me an entire year. But enough about that…
I’m sure all of you have many things you want to accomplish in 2021. I know I do. Whether it’s related to family, fitness, your career or otherwise, it’s time to get moving. The holidays are over. Time to buckle down and get back to work.
To that end, I’d like to share with you something we’ve been working on for some time. The In Fitness And In Health website!
Every last one of you has been so incredibly supportive of In Fitness And In Health since I started this project almost a year ago. From our humble beginnings on Medium (where we’re now almost 10,000 strong, holy s***) to our Newsletter here to now a new website, we are truly rocking and rolling. And we couldn’t be where we are today without you.
