This is so true, I value a calm schedule as an adult. My parents valued being busy all of the time, so in high school, I was in three sports (two at once in the winter), multiple extra circulars, and had a full load of school on top of all that. I was constantly stressed and mildly depressed. No wonder I ended up with anxiety in college! You certainly don't have to be busy to be successful, even if society wants to disagree on that.
